No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Email is therefore not mandatory registration information and is not requested when an account is created. The system processes usernames, securely handled credential results, subscription status, used traffic, order records, and payment results for authentication, service delivery, accounting checks, refunds, and account support.
The website may aggregate page access times, page paths, referring pages, browser types, device categories, and basic network information. This analytics data helps identify page errors, assess usability, and maintain service security; it is not used to infer specific activity when users access international websites. Text, screenshots, or diagnostic information that users voluntarily submit through a ticket are used only to handle the relevant request.
No-Logs Principles and Operational Signals
50VPN does not record which websites users access or retain destination URLs, browsing content, message bodies, or histories that could reconstruct personal browsing activity. The service does not create user profiles based on network activity or sell this type of information.
To establish connections, measure traffic, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse, the system may briefly process route identifiers, connection times, error types, and necessary technical signals. Once the operational purpose is complete, these temporary signals are deleted or de-identified; order records and account traffic summaries do not contain specific access content.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to retain login status, interface language, secure sessions, and necessary feature preferences. This maintains session continuity and avoids repeated verification when users move between pages. Users can clear this data through browser settings; after clearing it, they may need to log in again and reselect their preferences.
Identifiers used for analytics are limited to what is needed for analytics and security purposes. 50VPN does not use these storage mechanisms to retain lists of websites users access or the contents of network communications.
Payment Processing and Third-Party Services
The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the applicable payment provider, and 50VPN does not directly retain complete payment credentials held by that provider. To confirm orders, reconcile accounts, or process refunds, the system may receive necessary results such as transaction status, order identifiers, amounts, and payment channels.
Payment providers handle payment information under their own privacy rules. Users should review the terms shown by the relevant provider before entering its payment page. Information is not shared more broadly except where necessary to complete a transaction, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute.
Data Retention and Deletion Methods
Account information is retained while the account remains active to maintain login access, subscription delivery, and after-sales support. Order and transaction results are retained for the period needed for accounting checks, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable compliance requirements. Analytics and diagnostic information is kept only as long as needed for analytics, security maintenance, or fault handling, then deleted or de-identified.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. Deletion requests are processed after identity verification; data that has already been de-identified cannot be linked back to an account. Information that cannot temporarily be deleted because of transaction records, dispute handling, or compliance requirements will have its use restricted and will be removed once the retention basis no longer applies.
