ACCOUNT BUS
Account and Subscriptions
Get help with registration, subscription access, device migration, and account credentials. Treat the subscription link as an account credential and avoid sharing it publicly.
Do I need an email address to create a 50VPN account?
No email address is required. You can create an account with a username and password. Choose a username that is easy to recognize but not reused for other important accounts, and keep your password secure. After creating the account, open the user panel to view plans, orders, and client access.
Where can I find my subscription link after purchase?
Sign in to the user panel and open the client section to get the client and subscription for your current device. The subscription link syncs available routes, so import it directly into a supported client. Do not post it on public pages or forward it to untrusted people.
How should I update my subscription link?
Find the imported 50VPN subscription in the client’s subscription management page, then run an update or refresh. If the route list does not change, first confirm that your network is working. Then copy the complete link again from the user panel, replace the old entry, and reload the route list.
Do I need to purchase again when I change devices?
You do not need to purchase again when changing devices. 50VPN supports access from an unlimited number of devices, and the same account’s active subscription can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. When retiring an old device, we recommend removing any saved subscription from it.
What should I do if I forget my account details or cannot sign in?
First check the username’s capitalization, your input method, and whether the password contains any accidentally entered spaces. Because registration does not require an email address, account details must be kept secure by the user. If you still cannot sign in, submit your existing order information through the support ticket entry in the user panel and wait for verification.
ACCESS BUS
Connections and Troubleshooting
First check whether the subscription has loaded correctly, then confirm that the client is handling traffic from the target app. System proxy settings, VPN access, and routing rules do not always apply to the same traffic.
Why can’t I see any routes after importing my subscription?
First confirm that you copied the complete subscription link rather than the user panel page address. Then update the subscription in the client and check that the device date and time are correct. If the list is still empty, delete the old entry, get the subscription again from the user panel, and import it once more.
Why isn’t a particular app using an accelerated route?
Some apps do not use the system proxy, or the client’s routing rules may be sending them directly through the local connection. Check the client’s current mode, system network permissions, and routing logs. To handle traffic from more apps, enable the appropriate VPN or TUN access method in a supported client.
What should I do when the client says it is connected but webpages will not open?
Switch to another route in the same region, then refresh the subscription and reconnect. If the problem continues, check the device time, system proxy status, and whether other network tools are running at the same time. Closing conflicting connections and establishing a fresh tunnel is usually more effective than repeatedly switching browsers.
How should I troubleshoot frequent connection drops?
First determine whether the drops occur only on the current Wi-Fi or mobile network, then compare with another route in the same region. On mobile devices, also check whether the system restricts the client from running in the background. Network changes, device sleep, and multiple proxy tools handling traffic at once can all cause long-lived connections to be re-established.
What should I do if someone else sees my subscription link?
Treat the subscription link like an account credential. If it may have been exposed, first delete the old link from relevant devices and public locations. Then submit the details through a user-panel support ticket and request help with the subscription credential. After the issue is handled, import the updated subscription again on a trusted device.
ROUTE BUS
Speed and Routes
Route performance depends on the local connection, international links, and the target service. Keep test conditions consistent and switch gradually by region to get results that are useful for comparison.
What is the recommended order for choosing a route?
Start by choosing the region where the target service is located, then compare actual connection performance among routes in that region. Web browsing depends more on consistent response times, downloads on sustained transfer, and video or AI tools on stable long-lived connections. Do not judge by the route name alone; use the results on your current network.
What should I do when performance slows down during peak evening hours?
Evening slowdowns are often caused by congestion across the local connection, international links, and the target service at the same time. First switch to another route in the same region instead of immediately choosing a more distant region. Then pause bandwidth-heavy sync or download tasks and avoid frequently changing the client’s connection mode.
What should I do when a streaming service reports that my region is unsupported?
Confirm that the route region matches the target catalog. Then fully quit the streaming app or close the related webpages before reconnecting to the route. If the old region is still detected, clear the app cache or browser site data and test again with another route in the same region.
How should I choose a route for an unstable long-lived AI connection?
AI coding tools, web chats, and command-line tasks keep connections open for extended periods. When choosing a route, prioritize disconnects and reconnections rather than peak speed alone. Stick with a route that performs consistently and avoid switching regions during a task to reduce forced session re-establishment.
Why is the speed unchanged after switching routes?
The client may still be using the old connection, and the target app may continue reusing an existing session. After switching routes, disconnect and reconnect, then restart the app being tested. If different routes perform similarly, the bottleneck may be the local network or the target service. Try another access network to continue diagnosing it.
BILLING BUS
Billing and Refunds
Before purchasing, distinguish between monthly subscriptions that reset each month and data packages that never expire. Handle orders, payment status, and refund requests through the user panel.
What monthly subscription prices and data tiers are available?
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your usual data usage and task types. Refer to the plan page in the user panel for details and current availability.
When does monthly subscription data reset, and how are upgrades calculated?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before upgrading, verify the current plan, remaining status, and target tier in the user panel, then continue after confirming to avoid submitting a duplicate order for the wrong tier.
Do data packages expire, and what tiers are available?
Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Available tiers are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They suit usage patterns without a fixed cycle; choose a tier based on your actual consumption before purchasing.
What payment methods does 50VPN support?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Start the payment process from the user panel and rely on the payment status shown on the order page. If the order status does not update after payment, do not pay repeatedly. Keep the order details and submit them through a support ticket for review.
How do I request a refund?
50VPN offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, open the support ticket area in the user panel and submit the relevant order details and refund request. Keep the order record after submitting and check progress in the original ticket rather than creating duplicate requests for the same order.
