Service Scope

50VPN provides network acceleration access across 100+ countries / 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The specific regions, route types, and client compatibility available at any time are determined by the route list on the website and the user panel.

The service is intended to improve cross-border access, access to international websites, and connectivity for network applications. Routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, upstream resources, and the policies of destination services. Accordingly, any individual route, region, or third-party service is not a guaranteed permanent offering. Users should choose routes based on their actual needs and independently confirm account eligibility and regional rules for the destination service.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription activations, route access, and other activity on their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

An active subscription supports access from an unlimited number of devices, but may be used only by the account holder and devices managed personally by that holder. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer subscriptions; publicly share login credentials or subscription details; or provide commercial services to others through account sharing, traffic splitting, or access on behalf of others. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, configuration exposure, and account risks resulting from poor credential security or unauthorized sharing.

Traffic for monthly subscriptions resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Allowances and prices for each subscription type are governed by the plan page and the confirmation page in the user panel; users should verify the selected details before submitting an order.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to the relevant services. International routes may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, or interference with the normal operation of network infrastructure. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, distributing malicious software, unauthorized system access, bulk transmission of harmful information, intellectual property infringement, and any other activity that may create security risks.

Users are responsible for the content they access, upload, transmit, or process. 50VPN does not participate in transactions or content arrangements between users and third-party platforms, and is not responsible for third-party website content, rules, or outcomes. Upon receiving a lawful and valid request, or if usage appears likely to endanger routes or other users, the service may take necessary restrictive measures.

Service Availability and Liability

50VPN provides the service using available technology and route capacity, and maintains and schedules backbone resources. Network congestion, carrier route changes, device settings, system updates, third-party platform policies, scheduled maintenance, and force majeure may cause fluctuations in connection speed, route changes, or temporary access failures.

The service is not responsible for losses caused by user device failures, incorrect configuration, exposed credentials, third-party service outages, or violations of these Terms. Before conducting important business, transferring files, or maintaining a long-term connection, users should independently save their data and verify the connection. Any displayed route status is provided only to assist with route selection and must not be understood as a fixed promise of future connection results.

Restrictions and Termination

If a user resells subscriptions, publicly shares credentials, uses the service for unlawful activity, maliciously consumes route resources, attacks network infrastructure, disrupts other users’ normal use, or refuses to stop prohibited conduct, 50VPN may restrict route access, suspend account functions, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. Where necessary to prevent further harm, protective measures may be implemented during an investigation before it is complete.

Users may stop using the service at any time. After a subscription expires, access permissions will be handled according to the status shown in the user panel. Account restrictions or termination do not affect responsibilities that arose beforehand and do not release users from obligations related to prohibited conduct or its consequences.

Changes and Refund Guidance

50VPN may revise these Terms in response to service changes, technical developments, or compliance requirements. Updated Terms will be published on this page, and the displayed last-updated date will be changed accordingly. Material changes affecting user rights or obligations will be announced through available on-site channels. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
